Responsible Play
We are committed to promoting a safe, enjoyable, and responsible experience for all participants. While our online competitions and prize draws are not classified as gambling, we encourage everyone to take part responsibly and within their personal financial means.
Playing Responsibly
Our competitions are designed to be a fun and exciting opportunity to win great prizes and should never become a financial burden.
Before entering, please consider:
Whether the prize is something you genuinely want.
Whether the cost of entry is affordable for you.
Whether your participation remains enjoyable and within your budget.
We also offer a free postal entry route, which provides the same chance of winning as a paid entry.
If the fun stops, stop playing.
Our Responsible Play Tools
To support responsible participation, we provide the following safeguards:
Entry Limits
Each competition has a maximum number of entries permitted per person. These limits are clearly displayed on the relevant competition page.
Spend Limits
To help you manage your spending, you can set a personal spend limit on your account.
To activate this feature, go to: My Account > Play Safe
Account Lock
If you would like to take a break from entering competitions, you can temporarily lock your account. During the selected lock period, you will be unable to make any payments or enter competitions.
To activate this feature, go to: My Account > Timeout
Account Closure
If you feel that you are spending more than you would like on competition entries, you may request the permanent deletion of your account.
To do this, please email [email protected]
